 Delivery Policy

 It is the customer's obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If the wrong address is entered, Preston Paige Classics are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

 Preston Paige Classics will arrange for the delivery of your order with 2 working days. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

 It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Preston Paige Classics if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

 Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, Preston Paige Classics will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, the customer agrees that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

 Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Preston Paige Classics will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Return/Refund Policy

If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected Preston Paige Classics will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original undamaged condition.

Non-stocked items which have been specially ordered are non-returnable unless damaged in transit or faulty.

Warranty

Our guarantee applies only where purchased goods have been used solely for the intended purpose and have not been used in forms of motor sport.

All items are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover labour, failure of a related component, failure resulting from faulty installation or misuse. Liability will not exceed the cost of the original item. During the warranty period please contact Preston Paige Classics immediately should any problem occur. Preston Paige Classics will then advise, before replacing failed item, as to best course of action.

The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer of the item (typically 3-12 months) and commences from the date of customer order on Preston Paige Classics . Warranty claims lodged after the warranty period are not accepted.

With all claims, a copy of the customer invoice must be returned with the faulty item. Should it be found Preston Paige Classics are not responsible for faulty item, all costs relating to the return/replacement will be accepted by the customer.
